This case study provides an outline of various update scenarios typically expected of a SAS Administrator for maintenance of a SAS Viya deployment. It provides hands-on exercises for an opportunity to work through practical examples of the update scenarios, which include

• updating SAS Viya software to a later version; and
• updating mirror registries.
